Returns and Refunds Policy
At Vshopper, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Changed Your Mind? (Non-Defective Products)
Accessories:
- Returns are allowed within 7 days of purchase if the item is:
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Refund/Credit Options:
- Full refund or credit if the product is unopened and in perfect condition.
- Partial refund if packaging is damaged or item is not in perfect condition.
- Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Devices:
- Devices cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.
- Once a device’s seal is broken, it is considered used and cannot be resold as new.
- Please double-check that the device meets your needs before purchasing.

2. Received a Defective Product?
Accessories:
- Defective accessories must be returned within 7 days in their original sales condition.
- After 7 days, accessories carry a 6-month manufacturing warranty.
- Vshopper will assist with the return process, but refunds or replacements depend on the supplier's assessment.
- If the product is not returned in its original condition, we may reject the return or offer a partial credit only.
Devices:
- Devices may only be returned for defects within 7 days of purchase.
- All returns undergo an inspection by the manufacturer or authorized service center, which can take 7–21 working days (excluding courier time).
- If the device is deemed defective under warranty, it may be:
- Repaired
- Replaced
- Or refunded, depending on the case.
- If the fault is not covered under warranty or due to misuse, no refund or replacement will be granted, and you will be liable for collection and return costs.
3. Refund & Exchange Options
As per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if a return is approved, you may:
- Have the product repaired
- Have the product replaced
- Be refunded in full or partially, depending on the condition of the returned product
