These customers have full control over their tenant and are responsible for configuring it themselves, including setting up the Microsoft Teams SIP Trunk credentials and creating users.

What is meant by managed?

Managed refers to customers whose Microsoft Office 365 tenant is fully managed by Vodacom. In this setup, customers do not configure the tenant themselves, including the Microsoft Teams SIP Trunk credentials or user creation. Instead, Vodacom handles the setup, configuration, and management to ensure the service is implemented and maintained correctly.
